Rules governing the use of Wordsbywsd.com Permanent Marking services and infrastructure for deep laser engraving and dot-peen metal matrix marking of industrial pipelines and safety process valves.
Wordsbywsd.com provides permanent identification services through deep laser engraving and dot-peen metal matrix marking. These services are intended exclusively for the marking of complex industrial pipelines and safety process valves. Any use outside this defined scope, including marking of non-metallic surfaces or components not rated for industrial process environments, is not covered by these terms.
The client must provide accurate specifications for each component to be marked, including material grade, surface condition, and required marking depth. The client is responsible for ensuring that components are clean, free of coatings, and accessible for the marking equipment. Failure to provide correct specifications may result in marking that does not meet the client's intended requirements.
Wordsbywsd.com's liability for any claim arising from the use of its services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific marking job that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall Wordsbywsd.com be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to pipeline failure, process downtime, or safety incidents resulting from improper use of marked components. The client assumes all risk associated with the installation and operation of marked parts.
All marking patterns, serialization formats, and data files provided by the client remain the client's property. Wordsbywsd.com retains ownership of its proprietary marking algorithms, equipment configurations, and software. The client grants Wordsbywsd.com a non-exclusive license to use client-provided data solely for the purpose of performing the marking service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Wordsbywsd.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if the client provides inaccurate specifications, attempts to mark non-approved materials, or fails to comply with safety protocols. Upon termination, the client must return any equipment or materials provided by Wordsbywsd.com within 14 days.
Wordsbywsd.com may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a client does not agree to the changes, they may terminate the agreement without penalty within the notice period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Delhi, India. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
